Chesapeake Bay Improving
Good news for the Chesapeake Bay! The upper bay just scored a B- on its annual report card from the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, the first time it’s done this well. The Chesapeake Bay has seen promising signs of improvement as the overall score was up 4% in 2023 from 2022. There is still much work to be done to improve the health of the Bay, but we are moving in the right direction.
